Light Blue

Finally my little box of cheap COL-ERASE pencils is arrived in the mail! I found them on ebay but searched also on amazon and there are pencils for all the pockets! I used them at school and sharpened sooo much! :D good memories.. This is a kind of pencil that's erasable (as the name suggest) and it's used alot by animators and cartoonists all around. A really great product. I bought a box of 12 mixed colors, just because it was cheaper than the others mono-tone (considering also shipping costs) and because I use them not often on my sketchbook, so this way I can choose the color I prefer to do my doodles :)

Here's an example of a process that I - have to say - don't usually do much (traditional to digital), but I had fun doing this, especially because I used some new PS brushes! ..and actually I've been really influenced by watching Song of the Sea! That's a magic movie, super Selkie :) 

So here it is! From sketch to color! Enjoy

NON HO SONNO

This is me, pitching my boards, at 7 in the morning. Which means that I wake up at 6:15, I plug in my IV feeding with coffee, then the Cintiq and all the remaining things to get prepared for the meeting. My english sucks, I know that, but believe me, at that time there are really few things working! I should put some rum instead of coffee in that bag, to get the right stroke! (my worst experience was to re-watch a pitch that I did - insane!)

When Firenze sleeps, Los Angeles is awake and vice versa, more or less, so these pitches work this way. And they remain in my head like dreams, something you can doubt on if it's ever happened..

The sun is one, the world is round, roses are flowers and violets stink. Anyway, collaborating with that lovely crew is priceless!!

kinda warm up/warm down .. i don't know, I've been very busy these last days so morning and night became sooo close :D
this sunday starts with a bit of mogwai, long time I don't listen to them.
